Booking on DoItFiMi works like booking an appointment. You choose the time. We do not leave you waiting for a call back.

Five steps from "I need this done" to done

Sign up and sign in.You make an account in the app before your first booking.
Choose your service and tell us the details.Pick the service. Then pick the specific type from the list, and add anything else the provider should know in the details box.
Add your address.Give your address, your parish and any directions. For rural addresses, written directions help the provider find you.
Pick a date and a time slot.You only see times that are open for your service and your address. You can choose a specific provider, or choose "any available provider" for that time.
Review the price and pay in the app.You see the price, or the quote step, before you confirm. When you pick your slot, we hold it for you for a short time while your payment is authorised. Then you get a confirmation with your booking reference.

Then come reminders before the job. Your provider arrives at your slot, and after the job you can rate the service, add a tip and report any problem.

Need to move or cancel?

You can reschedule or cancel from your booking in the app. Cancellation and rescheduling rules, including any fees, are shown clearly before you confirm a booking. We are finalising these rules before launch.

Paying for your booking

You pay in the app when you book. Your card details go through a payment provider. DoItFiMi does not store your card number or security code. You see each part of the price as its own line before you confirm.

What it looks like for providers

Providers set their weekly hours and days off. They only see jobs for the services they are approved for, in the areas they are approved for. The jobs show up as booked time slots.
